Downloaded 32/64 bits MSI. Package and deploy with SCCM to upgrade (v67 to v72.0.2). Browser got upgraded to V72.0.2 but the desktop shortcut is showing V67 shortcut icon. Tested on Win7/Win10 and its repeatable.

Any though? Wondering Is this a bug?

Thank you.

It is possible that the desktop shortcut wasn't updated as part of updating Firefox and that it is still the same icon that points to the updated Firefox application. You can edit the shortcut icon yourself to correct this.

Hi Cor-el,

Thanks for the answer.

It turned out that previous FF desktop shortcut is stuck in icon cache.
