Note: Windows users should download the ActiveX for Internet Explorer. and the plugin for Plugin-based browsers (like Firefox).

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

Flash Player Version 32.0.0.363

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/keep-flash-up-to-date-and-troubleshoot-problems#w_run-adobe-flash-prompts So you are aware "Note: Starting in Firefox version 69, the option to always activate Flash has been removed."

Also Adobe will stop updating and distributing their Flash Player at the end of 2020 and many websites have already switched to using HTML5 players for video, audio and games instead of using Flash.
