Very often when sending emails OUT from our Thunderbird email our emails end up in the SPAM folder of the recipient. How do we sort this out?

This usually an issue for the recipient to whitelist or unblock your messages through their mail provider's webmail. Some spam filters are triggered by remotely-hosted images, in case you have some in your signature. But if plain text messages with no 'trigger' words are rejected, it's usually because your domain is blacklisted due to someone else deliberately spamming.
