In TB v91 is not searched for when entering a contact in the To field in the ldap server

Another ldap server is configured in the Thunderbird ver91 mailbox settings in the "Composing and Addressing" section. Two problems: 1. The search for contacts with non-Latin names from the ldap server does not work in the address book. Search for contacts with Latin names - works fine. 2. When creating a message, no contacts are searched in the To field.

Please check and fix these problems.

I had the same issue and other problems as well. Finally I followed the following solution. 1. Backed up my emails ( using Mailstore) 2. Exported contacts, calendars. 3. Uninstalled TB 4. Deleted Thunderbird folders in Local & Roaming folders 5. Installled TB 91.x.x and created a new profile 6. Created a new profile, created the accounts and imported calendars, contacts 7. Restored my emails using Mailstore.

The result is that TB is working fine without any issues,

OS Windows 8.1. I tried doing a clean full TB reinstall. Created a new TB profile. The problems I described have not been resolved.

sayanvd, what is the full version number you are using?

What you may be seeing is https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1728942 which is only recently reported.

Now I have the latest version of TB 91.0.3 (64-bit). But this problem appeared on 91.0.0.

The specified thread bugzilla does not reflect item 2 of the problem (with the To field).
