Shipstation lables not printing correct

more options

Paypal switched from Pitney Bowes to Shipstation for shipping labels. The new system prints labels but the number 9 will not print instead it prints a dash. So 999 9th Ave would come out --- -th Ave. This started when PayPal switch to ShipStation. The labels print correctly in Chrome.

Any idea?

Is the label a PDF or a regular web page?

If a PDF does not print correctly, you can work around it by using the download button on the PDF Viewer's toolbar (obviously an old screenshot):

If the problem is with a web page, do the numbers appear in the page or are they missing there as well? How about in the print preview overlay?
