I'm getting this error message: Unsupported Browser You are using a browser that is not supported on athenaNet. See our technical requirements for a list of supported configurations. We recommend the following browsers:

I'd like to be able to use firefox for everything I do and not switch back and forth between Chrome and Firefox. Is there something I can do. There is also another website I use that is glitchy if I use firefox - called AestheticsPro. Thanks

Hmmm, your User Agent looks okay. Is this all the time, sometimes . . . Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?

These links will show you how websites you connect to read from your system/browser. https://whatmyuseragent.com/

Do you have enabled "Resist Fingerprinting" if you check ‘’’Resist Fingerprinting’’’ on the ‘’’about:config’’’ page as this affects the user agent?

athenaNet seems pretty definitive that you cannot choose Firefox -- they don't list it as unsupported because they don't mention it at all: https://www.athenahealth.com/~/media/athenaweb/files/pdf/athenahealth_tech_requirements.pdf

If you're asking "Can I fool them by having my browser lie about its identity?", that might be possible. However, if the site handles important information and transactions, I'm not sure it's worth the risk of running into a glitch and having a bad scene with their support folks. You can use Microsoft Edge (the latest version) if you need an alternative to Chrome.

Not supported. Use these solutions at your own risk. athenaNet will block some unsupported browsers, but may not block all such browsers, particularly in the cases where a user may intentionally alter the user-agent. A lack of blocking should not be construed as support.
