Copy history is saved after closing firefox and reopening. Reboot windows pc is the only way to purge cached content.

Any information copied is saved after manually "clearing Data" Close firefox and reopen "Ctrl V" in search bar and information reappears.

You are talking about the computer's clipboard. It is not a part of Firefox, so it is not cleared. The only way is to copy something else or shut down the system.
