Hey, is there a fix for the font issue on Firefox that makes sidebar, add-ons that have an option tab in the extension manager, and popups really small?

Please see pictures below.

1st pic: Tiny pop font after extension install.

2nd pic: Tiny pop font on add-ons manger page under Options Tab. Other Tabs (Permission and Details) are not affected.

3rd pic: Tab Stash extension full options page.

Chosen solution

I accidentally fixed the issue by increasing the text font in windows accessibility settings. After windows implemented the new font size, I reverted back to the default size because of the way it affected everything else on my computer. However, in doing that, the Firefox issue is no more.

Check your zoom controls.

<Control> (Mac=<Command>) + (plus) enlarge - (minus) reduce 0 (zero) restore

[v56+] Type about:preferences#general<enter> in the address box. Under fonts and colors, press the Advanced button. Scroll to the bottom, turn on Allow Web Sites To Choose Their Own.

Make sure you haven't enabled a High Contrast theme in the OS settings.

  • We have seen reports that this can be caused by a problem with fonts like Roboto or Helvetica that

you have installed locally and that might be corrupted or are missing some variants. Also, make sure you allow pages to choose their own fonts and that you do not block remote (downloadable) fonts.

  • If you use uBlock Origin make sure not to "block remote fonts".

Are you possibly using a multi monitor setup?
