Since 91.10.0 32-bit version update, all gmail accounts are unable to log-in
Error with account xxx@gmail.com
Sending of password for user xxx did not succeed. Mail server pop.googlemail.com responded: Username and password not accepted.
I am receiving emails but now I cannot write them.
Chosen solution
So: 1) I deleted the account entries in Preferences/Privacy & Security/Passwords
2) I then edited the account settings of each: SSL/TLS + OAuth2
This triggers a re-engagement with Google when Thunderbird Gets Messages. Confirm passwords with Google and allow Thunderbird access to the Accounts again.
This seems to have worked!

go into your account settings and change the server names from googlemail to gmail. Also change the entries in outgoing server (SMTP) as they are needed to send mail
Unfortunately, I still have the same issue after the changes.
Is your SMTP server set for Oauth authentication? That is sometimes the issue.
One of the three gmail accounts is working with Oauth.
The point is though, everything was hunky-dory for years until the 91.10.0 32-bit version update, so what has changed in Thunderbird to cause this issue?
.... can I return to the previous issue of Thunderbird that was working fine?
