Hello, I receive this message when I attempt to write a new email or I attempt to reply to an email. I am able to receive email - my problem is "Outgoing".

Attached is pop up type message whenever I attempt to reply or send email. Also attached are outgoing settings.

I would appreciate any help to correct this problem. I've used TB for years and would hate to switch to another client.

I should add that my internet provider has changed. Not sure if this issue has anything to do with that change.

The change occurred on 10/24 - I was able to reply to an email on 10/24 and 11/1.

The link in the error points to this:

"Your IP address has been blacklisted by Spamhaus. The owner of the IP address must contact Spamhaus to be removed from the list."

Thank you,

I contacted my Internet Server - yet again. Hopefully this will get resolved today. I'm not quite ready to mark this question as "solved" as I may need to come back to it. Again, thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
