Files, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, etc tab disappeared after update to 110.
The bar that contained those items disappeared in Firefox after the update to 110 I believe. I don't know how to get it back, I've searched settings. The bookmarks and all the data appear to still be there. It's been there since, I think, version .9 something. I updated to windows 10 from windows 7 about 3 months back. I noticed the change immediately. I don't even know what the bar is called. I still have my windows 7 machine since I am still trying to resolve problem with windows 10 and I'm even thinking of going back to window 7. It did the update to 109 without a problem.
HELP!!
It is probably something simple by windows is more a game machine to me. I learned computers on a GE-645 to give you an idea of how old I am.
Thanks

Note that Firefox 110.0a1 is an unstable alpha build (updateChannel: nightly) and you can expect changes or otherwise things can stop working properly.
Any special reasons for using that build and not the current release or at least a more stable Beta or Developer Edition build ?
It was what I setup to download maybe 20 or so years ago or whenever it was offered.
The Nightly build updates twice per day, haven't you notice this or do you think that this is quite normal or do you d\skip updates ?
It seems everyone is doing rapid updates these days. How do I set it back? I don't remember seeing a setting but maybe I haven't gone there in many years.
You get so many updates because you are on the nightly update channel and are using the Nightly build like I wrote above. You can see this in "Help -> About Firefox".
You will have to install the current release to get regular updates about once per month. Note that you will have to create a new profile as well, so you may want to keep Nightly a bit longer and use Sync to transfer your data to the release profile.
You can find the full installer of the current Firefox release (108.0.2) in all languages and all operating systems here:
It is possible that Firefox find an older release profile and that you can reuse this.
I've found my problem but I'm not sure how to fix it. I need the 32bit version of thunderbird to send email with the version of quickbooks I'm using. Is it possible to have both versions of thunderbird installed at the same time with the 32-bit version set to only send the quickbooks forms or do I need to install the 32-bit thunderbird and replace the 64bit version? I've also been trying to bet virtualbox running my old software but I've hit several snags in that. Is there another 32 bit mailer I can install for send only?
