How to restore the three dots menu in address bar?

more options

Well the three dots menu appear in some pop-ups, but how to restore it in the main window? I think the three dots menu that was on the right side of address bar before version 89 (It is called "Page actions").

But please, don't tell me "That it is impossible" or "You can't, it was removed". If the some pop-ups have it, then there must be way for activation in the main window, but how? Maybe with JavaScript, but I am not friend with JavaScript (I don't know much about programming), is there alternative way without programming?

I am using Firefox 109.0 (64-bit) on Windows 11 22621.1192

Steps to see three dots (Please try it): 1. Go to https://webbrowsertools.com/popup-blocker/ 2. Click Method #3, and allow pop-up, 3. If you have installed in example: "FlagFox", and "Tab Stash" extensions, then you should see "Page actions" menu in the pop-up's address bar in right.
