I'm in school doing some web development.

I have made a form to be filled out and every time the button is pressed and the form is filled, the page will refresh with the inputs in the address bar. I have the button disabled from any javascript or functions. It won't refresh if any of the inputs are empty.

Why is this happening?

You need to redo the post so it doesn't have scrolling text. Also a screenshot would help other see what is going on other wise you need to contact a different forum for help.
