Hi, I received this error message today-- error: platform version '111.0.1 is not compatible with minVersion >= 111.0 maxVersion <= 111.0

I tried restarting my machine. Same error so I tried to do a refresh of Firefox and I got the same error before the refresh started. So I tried to uninstall and it won't unistall...gets the same error message.

Any ideas? Thanks Amy

Hi, thanks for the quick response. I have downloaded the installer but I thought I should uninstall the old version first. Which it won't let me do. Should I go ahead and install with the old version still installed?

Yes, go ahead.
