I installed Firefox on a new laptop and synced it. The bookmarks all were transfered. But when I log into some websites they do not recognize the password, even when the passwords are correct and still work on my previous computer/Firefox brow’ for ‘Firefox.

Hi Dschirch, Are there any error logs shown if you visit the about:sync-log page via the location/address bar? It's possible that something may have gone during the sync process that transferred your bookmarks correctly, but failed to do the same with your logins.

There are several error logs between 4-112 kb, so fairly long. But the login is not the problem when my passwords aren't working. I'm verifying that the login is correct.
