The discord web app detects my microphone input, but it does not detect the output. I've tried troubleshooting my earphones and using the device speakers. I've also tried checking the windows sound system, the browser permissions as well as clearing cache. I've gone over this with the discord staff and they said that the firefox team would be able to handle the situation better, as the problem does not persist between different browsers.

Generally speaking, Firefox outputs to the currently selected device at the system level. Sometimes that will change to your headset when you plug it in or turn it on, or sometimes you may need to change it manually.
