Hebt u al eens geprobeerd de website te openen in de Probleemoplossingsmodus, en treedt het dan ook op? Dit kan optreden als een add-on of beveiligingsinstelling inhoud tegenhoudt, en in deze modus wordt Firefox uitgevoerd met standaardinstellingen en add-ons uitgeschakeld.
