I have an unwanted Bing toolbar on my browser, and I accidentally deleted the main menu bar with File, Tools, View, ect. What should I do?

Bing shoved in a toolbar that I don't want, but I'm not sure how to remove it. While trying to remove the toolbar, I removed the main menu bar with File, Tools, View, Help, and all that jazz. I'm not sure how to bring it back.

In Firefox 3.6 on Windows you can hide the menu bar via "View > Toolbars" or via the right click context menu on a toolbar. Press and hold the Alt key down to bring up the menu bar. Go to "View > Toolbars" or right-click the menu bar or press Alt+V T to select which toolbars to show or hide.
