How do I clear Stored field data eg Numbers or my email address when using some sites

When logging on to say Morningstar they require email address and password typically when I type the first letter of my email address the whole thing comes up for me to select to save me typing it. Trouble is all the wrong ones come up as well and I want to delete them. Help!!!!

To delete an entry in the dropdown of a form field highlight it then hold down Shift and press Delete
