When I go to full page on a downloaded video, the screen goes totally white

If I access a video on utube and click on the full screen button the screen will turn completely white with no picture. I still have audio. I have to press the escape button to go back to the original screen. My old computer crashed recently and I changed to a backup computer I have. After downloading several updates and add-ons I started having this problem.

Try to disable the hardware acceleration in the Flash Player.
