how do I block unwanted e-mails

more options

I receive e-mail from a specific address, one of my friend's. It's been corrupted and now being used to send me viagra ads. It is sent often and although I send it to spam it is still in my regular e-mails. I want to block this e-mail. Thanks.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Mozilla Thunderbird, see this forum for support. http://www.mozillamessaging.com/en-US/support/
