I recently switched to windows vista ultimate. I installed firefox 4.0.1. When I open firefox the monitor resolution changes from 1280x720 to 800x600 (or 640x?). How do I fix so I have 1280x720?

If I have to use Win Explorer how do I transfer my firefox bookmarks to Explorer

I think this can be caused by a setting in the shortcut you use to start Firefox. If you close Firefox and right-click the shortcut (e.g., on the desktop or quick launch, whatever is relevant), choose Properties, then the Compatibility tab, try clearing any settings there. Then restart Firefox. Does that help?
