When I go to Bookmarks, I see two folder, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer(I imported them). How can I make it so I do NOT have to click on the folder and when I go to Bookmarks all Bookmarks are just there? Thanks!

You can drag bookmarks from that folder up to the top level of the Bookmarks menu using the bookmarks organizer:

Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks

Yes, the organizer will let you move them from the folder level to the top level. Expand the folder in the left pane, select all the bookmarks in the right pane, and drag them to Bookmarks Menu in the left pane. Less than a minute, you should be done.
