Can you you add items to the popup menu? (Right-click on window)
when you right-click on the main body of the browser window, a popup menu appears. How do you add items to it such as View this page in IE? I assume you edit the about:config file perhaps? If so, where is the best place to add items and how?

Typically you would use an add-on to do this. For this particular items, see IE View :: Add-ons for Firefox.
