I have not been able to pull up the web site. I have in the past w/o a problem, same computer etc. I am not computer savvy, but I try. I have contacted the company, they sent me a link, I clicked on it and I got the same message"cannot find the address etc". The lady at the company end tried the link an it worked for her. I asked HP assistance to try it and it worked for them? What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Gary
