Where is a list of command line startup options? I want to have a desktop icon that opens a new window to a specific URL which is not my home page.

When I add a URL to the command line, Firefox will open a new window ONLY if there is NOT an instance of Firefox already running. If Firefox is already running, a new Tab is created in one of the existing Firefox windows.

I would like to have a desktop icon which will always open a new window to a specific URL which is not my home page.
