When I click a link if a web page, it opens but the URL: in the Adress Box stays the same as the referring page, and the 'Back' button doesn't work when clicked.

Since upgrading to Firefox 6.0, if I click on a link in a site, the new site opens but the URL up in the Address Bar remains the one from the page from where I clicked. Also, from this point on, the Back button doesn't work, except when I right click to show the history.
