Recently, Fifth Third Bank made updates to their Billpay system on their website. Prior to the change, I was able to pay bills on their site using Firefox. Fifth Third Bank customer service told me that I would need to use Internet Explorer to pay bills as the Bill Pay system would no longer work with Firefox. I have no problem getting to the website but cannot pay bills using Firefox. Is there a fix or will I have to wait for Firefox to make changes? Les

Chosen solution

Just spoke to a tech at 5/3rd who suggested that I create an exception URL under tools;options;privacy;Accept Cookies from sites. the exception in this case is

https://billdomain.com Allow.

This change allowed me to access the Bill Payments part of 5/3rd bank's Internet Banking from Firefox.

Thanks for your answer to this problem. I did as you advised and it worked. I had tried via e-mail to contact Fifth Third for a solution or a work around but never received a reply. It is nice to know that there are people who will take the time to help in these situations. I use the computer often but do not consider myself very tech savvy so, can use all the help that I can find. Thanks again, Les
