Each time I try to sign on, Mozilla keeps me waiting, 10 min., 12 min. or longer! This is aggravating! This is much too long.

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
