When I type my user name or password to get onto my banking account, different characters than what I type show up on screen.

When I try to access my online banking account through inputting my user name and password, what I type in for those shows up as numbers which are not what I type. If I type in letters, the screen shows numbers, etc., but not what I type. I have contacted my bank's online support, and they say it appears to be a server issue. All of my other accounts rather than my banking work fine and what I type is what I see on the screen.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
