Chosen solution

The specific cookie that you need to remove is login.live.com, and you need to do this and refresh the page every time you log out until somebody fixes it.

Hi,

This may be a problem sometimes when sites do not delete / expire their own cookies which they set. Please try this: When this message appears click Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Privacy, click Show Cookies... and Search for hotmail, live, msn etc. and click Remove Cookies and refresh the same page.
