Yes I did, and have since deleted it. I reinstalled Firefox and now have to customize it to get back to where it was. Too bad that when something is working OK a new version comes out and screws things up. Thank you for your help.

Hi geraldG,

Sorry to hear you have that problem. Can you please give a bit more details maybe I can help you. Does the skipity page appear when you open Firefox? Are you using any add-ons developed by them?

For no apparent reason it showed up . it has happened a few months ago on another computer I was able to find it listed in start task manager and was able to delete it. This time I had to delete fire fox including personal info and re install an earlier version (8)

I don't know if this has any relation to your problem. Do you have the add-on "Download YouTube Videos +" installed. It comes with a toolbar which has "skipity" in it. I don't know what's it but when you mention "skipity", it reminded me of that.

One other thing, I don't know if you like animals or if you have Raccoons in Ireland. We have the here in BC Canada and I have 3- 4 families come and visit us every night for hand outs, I feed them marsh mellows, cookies and Cheezies plus other stuff. You can see them on Utube look for Gerry4105 they are cute.
