How do I eliminate a default tab (www.searchbrowsing.com)?

Whenever I open a tab, instead of going to my home page (the Firefox Google home page) it goes to some strange website called www.searchbrowsing.com. I have blocked www.searchbrowsing.com, yet new tabs do not go to my home page, instead they go to a blank page since that intruder webpage is blocked.

I think I managed to get rid of it. I updated all my add-ons and reset Firefox and it seems to be gone. I would still like to figure out how to update my tabs.

You can check the value of the browser.newtab.url pref on the about:config page.

Thank you - I'm not at that computer right now (it's my kids) - so I'll check this later. Thanks very much!
