Hi FF.....Every time I turn on my computer, besides my homepage when I click FF icon, I have also been getting a separate tab from comcast saying "Your browser's cookie functionality is turned off. Please turn it on." Well I have done what's been suggested by them & here by FF, I clicked 'tools'- then 'options'- then 'privacy'- then 'custom settings for history'- then checked both 'accept cookies & 3rd party cookies'. I have also since cleared my cookies & caches. I don't know what else to do, can you Please help me? (I have emailed comcast/xfinity but they have not answered me back yet) TY for getting back to me.

hello PatTra, please also check if cookies are allowed for that individual page - you right-click on the comcast page & select "view page info" > permissions. in case they are set up correctly too, please try to clear the cache and reload the page.

some additional troubleshooting steps for this issue are also provided at http://kb.mozillazine.org/Websites_report_cookies_are_disabled
