Selecting "Show All Bookmarks" under "Bookmarks" opens a window that seems unrelated to all the listings of bookmarks that I have made. Why?

After clicking "Bookmarks," the drop-down, headed by "Show All Bookmarks," lists all website addresses that I have selected to be added to the list by bookmarking them. It is now a huge list and I want to be able to manage it. The "Show All Bookmarks" page appears to have no connection with this list. How do I get the data into the "Show All Bookmarks" page?

The Bookmarks menu shows the bookmarks that are located in the Bookmarks Menu folder.
If you open the Library then you need to select that folder in the left pane.
Then you should see those bookmarks.
