Firefox does not affect the process of connecting to a wireless device. Please contact the manufacturer of the device for more assistance. There is a complicated process if connection fails since I've been through it.

Yes it does affect it. I have a professional working on my computer to try to solve the issue. He tried everything there was to see if it was the printer, the modem, etc. Nothing. Everything checks out and says the printer is enabled, on, etc. etc. We found we could print wireless from Internet Explorer but not from Firefox since the latest Firefox was installed about a week ago. Is there any way to solve this or do I 1) Have to install an earlier version or 2) start using Internet Explorer ?

I have been with canon (my printer) support for 3 hours twice and I can print from explorer and my desktop, but firefox interferes with the wireless. What is the solution?
