I downloaded www.wifimediaconnect.philips.com a WIFI connect program for my Philips TV & can't open it. I'm using Ubuntu Mozilla Firefox. When I click on the program in my downloads I get a error message . "An error occurred while loading the archive." When I downloaded the same program on Windows Vista it opened & connected to the TV so I know the program works. I contacted Philips customercare & they said to "Run as Administrator". I installed Ubuntu so I thought I am the administrator.

I am running Windows Vista Business & Ubuntu Mozilla Firefox on the same laptop & www.wifimediaconnect.philips.com works when I run Windows but I can't install the program on Ubuntu Mozilla Firefox.

So I know the program will work on the computer.

I don't want to remove Windows from the computer untill I am sure my programs run on Ubuntu Mozilla Firefox. I contacted Philips customercare & they didn't say it wouldn't run on Ubuntu Mozilla Firefox
