hello, the flash plugin on mobile devices has reached its end of life since adobe has publicly stated they won't work on it any longer: http://blogs.adobe.com/conversations/2011/11/flash-focus.html

You can attempt to download and install the plugin at the link below, but note that it has not been tested with the Nexus 7 and may not work well, if at all. http://download.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/installers/archive/android/11.1.115.81/install_flash_player_ics.apk (Make sure "install from unknown sources" is checked in your system settings)
