KILL keyboard shortcuts to web developer - Mac!

more options

The web developer keeps popping open when I hit F12. I can't find anywhere to change it. I'm in Firefox 26 and this MUST be removed or turned off somehow because some of the macs native shortcuts are using F12. Someone please tell me how to turn it off. At least Firebug allows me to customize: this new native developer bar is not giving me that option.
