No WAI app for android yet so looking for a Web browser that can display video as though the Android smartphone were a PC. Using the Galaxy S4 Active if that helps. Also I believe WAI website uses the Silverlight system. Thank you for your time and help.

Have you tried to actually access the website to see if it loads? Does it give you problems?
