I keep browsing regularly throw websites during sessions throughout the day and no matter website I get on the master password shows up. I pops up several times. On and on and on. I don't know why. It's really tedious to keep exiting out on it each time or to enter the password each time.

If you do use Sync then try to disconnect Sync and reconnect if necessary.

A few things that you can try: Disconnect Sync and reconnect to Sync. Delete the signedInUser.json file in the profile folder with Firefox closed and possibly delete the Weave folder as well. Delete and re-create the FxA account.
