"Beta" is a pre-release version that is intended for "testers" of beta software. The Beta usually has 10 to 12 updates over the course of the 6 week beta testing phase, along with a few Release Candidate updates at the end of each cycle.

You can download the latest release version from here: https://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all.html

Simply install over the current Beta installation.
