all what i did was:

sudo apt-get install libfontconfig1:i386 libx11-6:i386 libxrender1:i386 libxext6:i386 libgl1-mesa-glx:i386 libglu1-mesa:i386 libglib2.0-0:i386 libsm6:i386 cd /tmp && wget http://dl.google.com/dl/earth/client/current/google-earth-stable_current_i386.deb sudo dpkg -i google-earth-stable_current_i386.deb sudo apt-get install -f

after that mozilla firefox became slow and Playing video on YouTube is always choppy.

Is there a 32 bit version of Google Earth? That might be a temporary work around. Also do you have the 32 bit version of Flash installed?

to install flash, I used the command sudo apt-get install adobe-flashplugin. I have no idea if this mean 32 or 64 bit , perhaps for 32 bit I must use sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer . thanks!
