Recently stopped receiving email - Can send ok but weird fault receving mail - Help!
Recently stopped receiving email and now when I click on "Get Messages" the same email from the day the rpoblem arose drops into my Inbox every time but nothing else. Webmail working fine both sending and receiving, outgoing & inbound server info appears correct (I'm no techie) and I have not "knowingly" changed anything. Really flustered - help!

Go to your email providers web mail page and delete the problem email or move it out of the Inbox on the server and into a different folder. This should make that message stop blocking your other mail.
