3" square white box
when I open the homesite a white 3" sq. box comes on when I go to to my Yahoo main page it's still there if I drag it to the advertising square it goes off' but will come back again~~ NEED HELP WITH THIS thanks

The AOL toolbar extension has been reported to cause this issue with a blank pop-up window appearing on startup.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
