First incoming email generates the New Message audible warning as it should. For example "You are receiving this notification because you are watching the topic, "POTUS to visit London in April 2016" at "FighterControl".

Then if you receive a second email at a later time from the same source with exactly the same message heading, the new message warning does not sound.

All the incoming messages mean is that somebody has posted a reply in the forum. A second message indicates an additional reply. Over a period of time there may be many replies.

The audible warning sounds when the first arrives, but not after if the first message is still in the Inbox.

How can I fix this?

Yes I do use Google. Not sure how a question solves a problem!
