can't login with password after password reset
I request a password reset to the Mozilla support form, receive password reset link, enter new password, get confirmation that it is set. Immediately can not log in using that same email and password.

Was trying to reset the mozilla support site. Finally read what I was being prompted for and it was username NOT email.
Reading and entering what was requested solved this problem.

Given there is no password reset, other than for access to this forum. Perhaps you might like to expand on what is occurring. YOU CAN NOT RESET A MAIL PASSWORD ON A MOZILLA WEB SITE. That is because passwords are issued by your mail service provider. All Thunderbird does is store what you tell it.
