All my addons now say cant be verified. What happened, how to fix?

more options

I am using FF 66.0.3 and was browsing the web when all of a sudden all my addons stopped working and now say they cant be verified. I have tried updating both from the store and manual addon and both say they are corrupted. I also tried uninstalling them and reinstalling them and I get the same things, corrupted. Is this a program error? If not, how do I fix it?

I was able to reinstall Adblock Plus but to the first version, 3.0. The newest version is like 3.5.?.

The Add-ons team is working on a fix for this. It looks like a certificate used to sign many popular extensions expired. (The verification process checks that certificate.)

I don't know how soon re-signed versions of those extensions will become available, or whether another workaround will be discovered. We are all hoping to learn more soon.

Thank god, so its not just me. I am guessing since it effects most of the top addons a fix should be fairly soon, I hope LOL Now will we have to get updates for all the addons or once the cert is updated it should reactivate them all?

I assume you'll probably need to trigger an update in the Add-ons page, but we're waiting to see.
