Hi Marti, what do you mean by constant? Are you having to enter new pins every page, or every few pages, or is this a problem at login and then you're fine for the rest of the session?

It's not unusual for a site to say it doesn't recognize your device/browser and require that you receive and enter a code, for example, via text message. Usually after you submit that, the site instructs Firefox to set a persistent cookie containing whatever token it requires to recognize that you've satisfied that requirement. I think you see where I'm going: this could be a problem with your Firefox not accepting or retaining all of the necessary cookies for the site.

This article has suggestions for liberalizing your cookie settings to improve site functionality: Websites say cookies are blocked - Unblock them. However, depending on your preferences, we may need to walk through a number of settings options to get it working right for you.
