Hello,

I have filters that divide up the incoming emails to individual input folders within the local folder by recipient. From there I manually review the mail and further store emails into local folders based on the sender.

Today, I tried to move an email into a local folder, and got some kind of space error, that suggested I start deleting old emails. WTF!!! No.

I HAVE HUNDRED OF GIGS OF FREE SPACE ON MY HARD DRIVE. How do I expand the allowable space that Thunderbird can use? Where is that option?

Thanks Everybody.

How much free space is available, and when did you last compact folders in TB? Compacting removes messages that have been deleted but still occupy space in the profile folder.
